3105 aluminum coil is a 3000 series alloy, called aluminum-manganese alloy aluminum coil. It is a widely used type of rust-proof aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum). 3105 H24 H14 H16 aluminum grade coil the two or three Arabic numerals indicate the subdivision temper of H. H1— Refers to the state of simple work hardening, which is suitable for the temper where the required strength is obtained only by work hardening without additional heat treatment.
H in H24 indicates a work-hardened temper, and some do not use H but T to indicate a heat-treated temper. 24 indicates the processing technology for controlling physical properties such as hardness. In addition to 24, there are 12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 26, 34, 36, etc. Usually, the ending 4 is semi-rigid.
